What is an Organic Pesticide

Organic pesticides are the name given to insecticides that are created purely from nature, and usually are harmless to humans and pets.  In addition to the positive attributes of not being harmful to families and households, comes the additional benefit that they are also environmentally friendly.  With pesticides ranging from traps created for crawling or flying bugs, down to aerosol cans of organic, non-poisonous solutions; these products come as a comfort to families that have small children and pets.  Using these products is quite simple whilst allowing the family freedom of movement; unlike in the case of large scale fumigation.  An example can also be given of the non-poisonous spray that is generally used against wasps and hornets.  The spray has been certified to be non-poisonous to humans, and therefore completely safe around the house and garden.

Before each use, the can should be shaken upside down for about fifteen seconds.  If the offending pests are wasps, the spray should be administered at a safe distance from the nest; with the person holding the can standing with their back to the wind.  When spraying, the can should be held upright, with the nozzle pointed towards the opening of the nest.  Spraying should continue until the nest is completely saturated.  This spray protects families from the threat of harmful flying insects that generally cannot be reached.  It effectively eradicates the nest, without posing a threat of respiratory problems to the family.  In addition, the contents have a pleasant fresh minty scent.
