Promoting good health and fitness for all working employees are one of the most beneficial things being pushed by the company. In fact, they are willing to spend hundreds of dollars just to have their employees enroll to a gym where the company will pay the monthly subscription to these health clubs. However, little do companies know that there are less expensive ways on giving their employees a fix that can help them fight the stress of work. They can have those short breaks and play some free games on the internet.

We do admit that there are some workers that abuse this privilege since they are being distracted to play all day and forget the work that they do. However, this kind of attitude in offices are only seldom to those employees that do not understand why they are being paid and why they have been hired in the first place. Companies may hire the best IT groups to block those computers, but games will still come for them through their internet-capable cellphones.

Rather than spending a fortune and have people enrolled in gyms, which can be a waste of money for some people, why not just have that server open during short breaks or lunchtime and have your employees enjoy games online that are free and beneficial. Would you even know that they are happy the rest of the day when they are able to take their minds of work, even for just a few minutes? This is an inexpensive fix that workers can enjoy without throwing money.
