When told as it is in God’s way – Building Gods Way
Church capital campaigns give worshippers to see beyond the project. It enables them to see beyond the church building and help in finding ways of bringing the congregation out there. In any area or residential place, there are souls that have no idea who Christ is. This cannot be made possible unless the church as a team is able to bring together their finances and human resource to help those in need around them. On many occasions worshippers have funds but due to squabbles or unaccountability are unable to put it in the right use.
God teaches us in Haggai 2:8 (para-phrased) that gold and silver is His, and the cattle on a thousand hills. This is very difficult to understand unless worshippers are made to understand that they are just stewards of what they own. God expects them to give back to Him in helping His work around the world. When members understand what God requires of them then the above verse will have a different meaning to their lives and their general attitude to church financing.
Building God’s way has through their project enabled a large number of congregation appreciate and help members visualize it in their lives. This they have done by offering several outdoor trainings in places where their trained team bring out what God requires of them in regard to church financing. They only teach from the bible while also use the everyday happenings around them and experiences of what God has done in the lives of those who have trusted Him fully.
